Customer Advocate – Inbound Sales (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking enthusiastic Customer Advocates who will combine empathetic support with inbound sales expertise for its e‑commerce partners. Working 100% remotely, you will help shoppers find the right products while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage shoppers via chat, email, and phone to deliver product recommendations and bundle offers.
• Leverage deep knowledge of brand identity and product lines to close sales.
• Process returns and tracking inquiries, identifying opportunities to retain the sale.
• Maintain consistent brand tone, voice, and service standards in every interaction.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote customer support experience with a focus on sales or upselling.
• Reliable internet connection of minimum 25 Mbps download and upload.
• Computer meeting minimum specifications: Intel i5 processor or higher.
• Strong empathy, patience, and persuasive communication style.
