About the role

The Supervisor, Branding will lead the development and implementation of branding strategies to strengthen Awash Insurance’s market presence and ensure a consistent visual and verbal identity across all channels.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute brand campaigns, coordinating with marketing and communications teams.
Manage brand guidelines and review promotional materials for alignment with the company’s image.
Monitor brand performance, analyze customer and market insights, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, managing timelines and budgets for branding projects.
Support events and initiatives that reinforce the company’s brand.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field.
Relevant experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
Experience in supervisory or leadership roles within branding, marketing, or communications functions.

Required skills

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Proficiency with PowerPoint.
