Distribution Sales Representative (DSR)

About the role

MAPPLE Distilleries PLC is looking for motivated, energetic and target-oriented Distribution Sales Representatives (DSRs) to join its growing sales team. The positions are based in Hawassa, Arba Minch and Metu, Ethiopia.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers across retail and hospitality outlets.
• Build strong relationships with existing customers and drive repeat sales.
• Visit a minimum of 20 outlets per day and generate sales orders.
• Improve product availability, visibility and market coverage.
• Support promotional activities and execute merchandising plans.
• Achieve sales targets and keep accurate customer and sales records.
• Monitor market trends and share customer feedback with the sales team.

Required profile

• Previous sales or FMCG experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the local market in the assigned location is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Strong communication, negotiation and selling skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused and target-driven attitude.
