Internship: Data Analysis and Finance & Accounting

About the role

Green Agro Solutions PLC (Lersha) is looking for motivated, analytical and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join its internship programme in Data Analysis and Finance & Accounting. Successful interns support project data management, financial documentation, reporting and analytical activities, helping the organisation become more efficient and data-driven while developing their technical and professional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organise and maintain accurate project and financial data.
• Support data analysis and generate insights for project monitoring and data-driven decisions.
• Help prepare reports, dashboards, data visualisations and financial spreadsheets.
• Support financial data entry, documentation and record-keeping, and help organise financial records and supporting documents.
• Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking and payment documentation.
• Review, verify and reconcile data, carry out data quality checks and support timely reporting.
• Maintain documentation and filing systems and perform other related tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Recent graduate with a strong interest in data analysis, finance, accounting or reporting.
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detail.
• Good organisational and communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of data analysis or accounting principles.
