Learning Project Coordinator

About the role

The Learning Project Coordinator will ensure the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of Menzies Aviation’s corporate training programme. This role focuses on developing, translating, and continuously improving learning modules to meet internal standards, industry regulations, and global compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Review and support updates to the corporate training programme.
• Coordinate translations with Subject Matter Experts and Learning Content Specialists.
• Prioritise the review and update of learning modules.
• Maintain project and training review trackers for global visibility.
• Assist Learning Content Specialists in releasing updated content.
• Liaise with Learning Systems Coordinators to upload new releases and archive outdated material.
• Verify that translated content is accurate and approved by experts.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience or relevant accreditation.
• Background in corporate training environments.
• Collaborative team player able to engage at all organisational levels.
• Detail‑oriented, flexible, and able to see tasks through to completion.

Required skills

• Project management tools such as Prism (Work Otter) and Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of translation tools.
