Senior Sales Representative

About the role

A growing organization focused on quality products and services is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Sales Representative in Addis Ababa. The role drives revenue growth and expands the customer base, working closely with internal teams to deliver customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and run the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Hold client meetings and product presentations, and maintain ongoing relationships with key accounts
• Prepare proposals and quotations and negotiate terms in line with company policy
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports
• Mentor junior sales staff and help develop sales strategies and best practices

Required profile

• Demonstrated success in B2B sales, account management and relationship building
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Ability to work on-site in Addis Ababa and manage time across multiple opportunities
• Prior experience in a senior or lead sales role and familiarity with the local market are highly beneficial
