Product Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development and market launch of agricultural machinery solutions. The role involves analysing market trends, defining product strategies and coordinating cross‑functional teams to bring new products from concept to mass production.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitor and user demand research to identify opportunities.
• Define product requirements, initiate new projects and oversee prototype development, testing and optimisation.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and performance metrics to ensure timely delivery.
• Collaborate with R&D, production, sales and purchasing teams to achieve mass‑production targets.
• Gather after‑sales and market feedback to drive product upgrades and enhancements.
• Coordinate agricultural machinery appraisal processes and subsidy formalities.
• Monitor competitor offerings to refine product configurations and selling points.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management or product development, preferably in industrial or agricultural sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate market data into actionable product plans.
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
