About the role
Hikvision is seeking a Project Sales professional to drive growth of CCTV and security solutions across multiple market segments. You will work closely with system integrators, distributors, and key vertical accounts to expand the company’s presence and achieve sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with CCTV system integrators, distributors and end‑users.
- Identify and pursue vertical accounts such as government, banking, education, construction, and manufacturing.
- Promote Hikvision as a preferred vendor in consultant and project vendor lists.
- Locate new business opportunities, negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of security and IT technologies through continuous learning.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the CCTV or IT industry.
- Proven track record in project‑driven sales and account development.
- Strong network with system integrators and end‑user decision makers.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
