Sales Development Representative

About the role

HibLink Tech is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its Addis Ababa office. You will help expand the company’s client network across the United States by identifying prospects, initiating contact, and arranging meetings with key decision‑makers. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to work with a fast‑growing global team.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential U.S. clients for outreach.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels.
• Schedule qualified meetings with decision‑makers and hand them over to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and leads in a CRM system.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• Proficiency in inside sales and lead‑generation techniques.
• Strong sales and business‑development capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and results‑oriented.
• Understanding of CRM tools is a plus.
