Sales & Product Specialist – Medical Imaging

About the role

Abana Medical Technologies is seeking a dynamic Sales & Product Specialist to expand its portfolio of medical imaging solutions and turnkey healthcare projects throughout Ethiopia. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare technology and has a proven track record in business development within the medical sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare institutions.
• Promote and sell medical imaging equipment, including X‑Ray, CT‑Scan, MRI, and Ultrasound systems.
• Support and market turnkey healthcare projects to institutional clients.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training sessions.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay up‑to‑date with new technologies, products, and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, radiography, health sciences, marketing, business management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare technology, medical imaging, or related sales.
• Strong understanding of medical imaging solutions and healthcare infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout Ethiopia.

Required skills

• Knowledge of medical imaging equipment (X‑Ray, CT‑Scan, MRI, Ultrasound).
