About the role

TalentPop App is looking for a Sales‑Driven Customer Support Specialist who can blend empathetic problem‑solving with a proactive sales mindset. This fully remote position lets you help customers while actively contributing to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert assistance via phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities during support interactions.
• Suggest product bundles and upgrades to increase average order value.
• Convert general inquiries into confirmed sales through relationship‑building and product knowledge.
• Maintain high CSAT scores while meeting daily and weekly sales conversion targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven remote sales and customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Stable high‑speed internet connection (at least 25 Mbps upload and download).
• Personal PC or laptop with an Intel i5 processor or higher.
• Quiet, professional home office space free from background noise.
