About the role

We are seeking a Senior Pavement/Materials Engineer to lead the development of road design manuals and technical specifications for major highway projects. The role involves leveraging extensive experience in road design and construction to ensure high‑quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Prepare design manuals and standard technical specifications for road projects.
Provide expert guidance on pavement and materials engineering for highway design and construction.

Required profile

Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 18 years of experience in road design and/or construction.
Experience on at least 10 highway design projects as a Pavement/Materials Engineer.
At least 8 years of experience on road construction projects.
International road/highway project experience is a plus.
