About the role

Consulting Engineers Group Ltd. is an ISO‑accredited global consultancy with a strong track record in delivering flagship infrastructure projects across multiple regions. The role focuses on leading public consultation and social impact assessment activities for road and highway projects in Ethiopia.

Key responsibilities

Prepare public consultation plans, social safeguard policies, strategies, manuals and guidelines (1‑2 documents).
Conduct social impact assessments for roads and develop Resettlement Action Plans.

Required profile

Master's degree in Sociology or related field.
Minimum 18 years of experience in sociological activities.
At least 10 years of experience in social impact assessment of roads and/or Resettlement Action Plans.
Experience preparing public consultation and social safeguard documentation.
International experience on road/highway projects is an advantage.
