About the role

The Warehouse Coordinator is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Bedele. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate handling of incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Organise and coordinate loading and unloading of goods, manage documentation for shipping and receiving.
Track stock levels, update inventory systems, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies and support production needs.
Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse processes.

Required profile

Experience in shipping & receiving, inventory control, and material handling.
Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work on‑site, stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights according to safety guidelines.

Required skills

Use of warehouse management or ERP systems.
Basic computer applications.
