Digital Sales Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a results‑driven Digital Sales Virtual Assistant to join its fully remote team. You will act as the revenue engine for partner brands, turning abandoned carts and hesitant shoppers into confirmed sales through personalized outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct abandoned‑cart recovery outreach via email, SMS, and live chat.
• Provide tailored product recommendations to increase average order value.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot purchase‑related issues.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team to optimise outreach campaigns and drive continuous sales growth.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with a strong desire to hit the ground running.
• Minimum 1 year of proven remote/online sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience (email, chat, or phone), preferably in e‑commerce.
• Conversion‑focused mindset with elite communication abilities.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using e‑commerce platforms.
