Digital Sales Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a Digital Sales Virtual Assistant to join its fully remote team. In this performance‑driven position you will turn online conversations into sales, focusing on abandoned‑cart recovery and personalized outreach for partner brands.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential buyers via email, SMS and live chat to recover abandoned carts.
• Provide tailored product recommendations to increase average order value.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot purchase‑related issues.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimise outreach campaigns and drive continuous revenue growth.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with at least 1 year of proven remote/online sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong conversion mindset and persuasive communication abilities.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using digital sales tools.
