Junior Sales Specialist – Eyewear Retail

About the role

We are seeking two energetic Junior Sales Specialists to join our newly opened Bole Michael branch. In this retail‑focused position you will help customers choose eyewear and related products while delivering the high‑standard service our brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them to suitable frames, lenses and accessories.
• Provide expert advice on product features, pricing and current promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain proper records.
• Maintain a clean, organized and visually appealing store environment.
• Build lasting relationships to encourage repeat visits and meet individual and team sales targets.
• Address customer concerns professionally and propose solutions.
• Stay informed about the latest eyewear trends and product knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in optical or retail environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Proven sales drive with a proactive, customer‑first attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced retail setting and achieve performance goals.
• Fluency in Amharic and English.
• Immediate availability to start.
