About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Shire, Ethiopia, supporting the daily operations of ADIS ABABA SUPER SHOP. You will play a key part in delivering a customer‑focused shopping experience while maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries.
• Restock inventory, maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.

Required profile

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Experience in inventory management and store organization.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take initiative.
• Attention to detail and adherence to store policies.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
