Sales and Marketing Officer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer to promote Abronal Technologies' ERP and digital solutions across various sectors. The role combines field sales activities with digital marketing to generate new business and nurture existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for software products and services.
• Promote ERP, healthcare, education, and inventory management solutions to businesses and institutions.
• Execute digital marketing campaigns on social media, email, websites, and online ads.
• Conduct client visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads.
• Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and business development activities.
• Perform market research and competitor analysis.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Experience in software, technology, ERP, healthcare or IT marketing is a plus.
