Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will leverage your professional network to introduce Flowmingo to HR leaders, recruiters, and decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage HR and recruiting contacts within your network.
• Present Flowmingo’s free and premium features and explain how they fit into hiring workflows.
• Facilitate introductions between prospects and the Flowmingo team.
• Provide feedback on product usage and market needs.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and onboarding.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills.
• Interest in AI‑driven hiring solutions.
