Customer Support and Sales Specialist

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a results‑driven Customer Support and Sales Specialist to own the end‑to‑end customer experience. Working in a hybrid setting, you will combine high‑touch support with proactive sales activities to retain customers and expand revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex inquiries via chat, email and phone, delivering timely solutions.
• Maintain high CSAT scores by troubleshooting product issues and guiding users through features.
• Identify churn risks and implement proactive communication to improve retention.
• Listen to customer needs, uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and present premium features.
• Lead product demos, negotiate terms and close expansion deals to meet monthly revenue targets.
• Become a product expert and clearly articulate ROI and value propositions.

Required profile

• 1+ years of hands‑on experience in a combined Customer Support, Customer Success or Inside Sales role, preferably in SaaS or e‑commerce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and a clear sales orientation.
