Accounting Coordinator – NCAA Ground Transportation

About the role

The Accounting Coordinator will oversee the financial management of the NCAA Ground Transportation program for On Location. This position ensures accurate reconciliation, accounting, and reporting while delivering exceptional service to internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all financial reconciliations for the NCAA Ground Transportation program.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and client account statements.
• Generate regular financial reports and analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors, including Anthony Travel, to resolve accounting issues.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects, anticipate peak‑time needs, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
