Book Keeper / Payments Specialist

About the role

As a Book Keeper / Payments Specialist you will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day financial transactions and ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and on time. You will work closely with the finance team to keep financial records up to date and support budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily bookkeeping records and update ledgers.
• Process invoices, payments and expense reimbursements.
• Reconcile bank statements and internal accounts.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.

Required profile

• Strong background in bookkeeping or related finance roles.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field preferred.
