About the role
HibLink Tech is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to expand its client network across the United States. Based in our Bole office, you will work full‑time on‑site, engaging with potential customers and setting up meetings for the sales team.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and research prospective U.S. clients using lead‑generation techniques.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email and social channels.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with decision‑makers.
- Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales staff.
- Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system.
Required profile
- Proven experience in inside sales or lead generation.
- Strong business development mindset with a results‑driven attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
Required skills
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools (preferred).
